The Arlington Public Schools provides education to pre-school through twelfth grade students in seven elementary schools, one middle school and one comprehensive high school. In addition to our academic programs, the Arlington Public Schools offers after-school programs, enrichment and summer programs, community continuing education courses, and numerous athletic opportunities.

NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION (Current & Upcoming School Year)
STEP 1. COMPLETE ONLINE PRE-REGISTRATION
Required for all NEW students. This online form contains Enrollment Information, Permission to Release Information, the Acceptable Use Policy Agreement and the Home Language Survey. It also contains a Health History, Health and Emergency /Contact and Mandated Health Sections. If you have concerns regarding confidentiality, please print the health forms and bring completed forms to your registration appointment.
Please select your child's grade level from the below option links and complete the entire form and then PRINT the completed form to bring to your registration appointment.
PLEASE NOTE: Kindergarten students must be 5 years of age on or before August 31st to be eligible for kindergarten enrollment.
PLEASE NOTE: All 5th grade students who currently attend an Arlington elementary school, will be promoted over the summer to Ottoson Middle School. Parents of these students do not need to make an appointment or register.
STEP 2. BOOK YOUR REGISTRATION APPOINTMENT
Once you have completed your online pre-registration form (step 1 above) you will receive a confirmation email. This email will include the staff contact information and instructions on how to book your registration appointment which is needed to complete the registration process. All registrations must be done in person and by appointment only. Please do not mail registration forms to schools.
STEP 3. ADDITIONAL REQUIRED FORMS & DOCUMENTATION
In addition to a completed and printed pre-registration packet, below is a list of additional forms and other materials you are required to have complete when you attend your registration appointment. Your child's registration cannot be processed unless all the below forms are complete and present at your registration appointment.

Once you have compiled all your required forms and documentation in the above steps, please bring them to your scheduled registration appointment to complete the registration process.
