STUDENT REGISTRATION - ALL GRADES
Kindergarten Registration Nights can be found in the Kindergarten Registration Letter.
Required for ALL students. This online form contains Student Enrollment Information, Family Demographics, Emergency Contacts, Health Questionnaire and Permissions. It also contains the Acceptable Use Policy Agreement, Education History and the Home Language Survey. You will need to provide some required supporting documents to complete your application. These documents are necessary to prove residence in Arlington, verify your child(ren)ís age, acknowledge compliance with health regulations and ensure appropriate enrollments. Your application is not complete until these documents are submitted. It is best to gather the required documents before filling out the application. Below is a checklist of which documents fulfill each requirement.
Documents can be scanned and uploaded within the application to expedite the registration process. There are several PDF Scanner apps available for free in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store if you do not have access to a scanner. District personnel may contact you if there are any questions or follow up regarding your documents. If you are unable to upload your documents, you may bring copies to the Central Registration Office located at 869 Massachusetts Avenue.
If you have any questions, please contact the District Registration Coordinator, J. Mike Remy
We look forward to meeting you and welcoming you to our school district!
