WELCOME RETURNING STUDENTS!
Welcome back students and parents of Arlington! We hope you are all having a safe end to the summer. As the school year is right around the corner, we will need to have all parents update and confirm their childrenís information using the Returning Student Update Form.
This form is required to be completed by parents of all students. Failure to complete will result in not receiving important updates and communications from the district as well as your childís school.
Once the form is ready, you will be notified via email. If your contact information has changed and has not been updated in our systems, please email your childís school.
Please follow the instructions below on how to sign into your parent portal account where you will have access to the Returning Student Update Form.

REQUIRED FOR ALL STUDENTS: This online form contains Student Enrollment Information, Family Demographics, Emergency Contacts, Health Questionnaire and Permissions. It also contains the Responsible Use Policy Agreement, Education History and the Home Language Survey. You may need to provide some required supporting documents to complete your application. These documents are necessary to prove residence in Arlington, verify your child(ren)ís age, acknowledge compliance with health regulations and ensure appropriate enrollments. Your application is not complete until these documents are submitted. It is best to gather the required documents before filling out the application. Please Note: In order to access the returning student form, and verify/confirm your childís information, you MUST have a parent portal account.
How to Log Into your Parent Portal Account and Access the RSU Form:
Visit https://aps.powerschool.com/public/ and enter your username and password to access the Parent Portal. From the Parent Portal
If you have multiple children within the school district:
If you have multiple children within the Arlington Public Schools district, you must complete the Returning Student Update form for each child. Once you have completed updates and confirmation on one childís form, go back to the homepage of the parent portal and complete the steps above once again. You will have the option to import certain form fields from the previously submitted record.
