Bishop Directory Information Needed
Please go online ASAP and register for the Bishop printed phone directory. Each year both new AND returning families need to enter/update their information. A flyer will go home in backpacks the first week of school with more specific instructions on how to register for new families and how to make updates or changes for returning families. Login in here.
If you have any questions, then please contact Leah Nelson at email@example.com. Thanks!
Power School Data Base for Parent Information
The Bishop office
has prepared a Power School Update Letter that was within the paperwork you received this week. This letter contains secure login and passcode information that is specific to you and your student (child). When you receive this letter, PLEASE log onto Power School to update your information.
LIBRARY VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!!
The Bishop library is looking for adult
volunteers to help with shelving books, keeping order in the library and covering our new
books so we can get them into the eager hands of the Bishop Bears!
If you have any interest or ability to volunteer your time, even for just a few minutes
after drop off or prior to pick up, please contact either firstname.lastname@example.org
or email@example.com so we can set up a schedule ASAP. May thanks in advance
for your help—we could not keep the library in order without your assistance!

No Child Left Behind
The federal No Child Left Behind Act (NCLB) requires states and school districts to produce and disseminate annual report cards.
These report cards include information on student assessment, accountability, andteacher quality; the report cards may also include other information. They also provide parents and other members of the public a snapshot of student performance and teacher qualifications in their local schools.
