Registration Process
NEW USERS: To complete the initial registration process, fill out the registration form and then click the "Register" button. Please note that all fields are required. The e-mail address that you enter during your initial registration will be assigned as your "Sign-In" ID which you will be required to enter during return visits to the conference system.

ALREADY REGISTERED: You may return at any time to add, remove, print or e-mail your conference schedule. Please click the "Sign-In Here" link in the upper right corner of the registration page. On the next screen please enter your e-mail address and then click the Sign In button.
Scheduling Conferences
- Once you have registered or signed in as a return user, the next screen will show the names of all participating middle school teachers sorted by last name. Use your child's schedule as a reference. Select a teacher from the list, and then click the Select button.
- Once you have selected the teacher, the next screen will show you a list of available conference time slots for that teacher. You may reserve one 5 minute time slot per teacher. Choose a time slot, then click the Select button. If you need additional time, contact that teacher to arrange a future conference.
**** Cluster teachers are not listed individually; you will automatically get all 4 teachers
when you click the cluster number.
Please Note: It takes a full 20 minutes to complete a cluster meeting. For example, a cluster meeting, scheduled for 7:05pm, with four teachers, will not be completed until 7:25pm. If you are also scheduling with an out-of-cluster teacher, be certain not to overlap with cluster meeting times.
- The next screen will display a list of all conferences you have scheduled. If you wish to register a conference with another teacher, click on "Register Another Conference" and repeat steps 1 and 2 above. Please note it is your choice to see all of your child's teachers, or just those with whom you feel you should speak. If you are finished with your registration session, click "Please Sign Me Out".
- You may remove a conference, print and/or e-mail your conference schedule at any time by clicking on "Edit | Print | E-Mail My Conferences". Please Sign out when done. (Note that you may return to this web site to view, remove or add a conference at any time.)
Two or More Children at Ottoson Middle School
If you need to schedule a conference for more than one sibling at the same school, please do the following:
- Sign in with one parent's or guardian's name and e-mail address to register.
- Register the first student's conference time. Log out.
- Sign in a second time using a second parent or guardian's name and e-mail address (such as a work e-mail address) to register.
- Register the second student's conference time. Log out.
