Parent-Teacher Conferences

In an effort to streamline the process of scheduling parent-teacher conferences, Arlington Public Schools has implemented an online registration system. Elementary Schools will contact parents regarding the elementary conference registration process.
 
The online registration system allows parents to schedule conferences with their child's teachers and also view, print or email their conference schedule. Teachers are provided real time listings of all parents who have requested a conference.
 
Conference registration dates will be announced by your school and then posted below. If you have a question or require assistance, please contact your school at the below listed numbers.

Registration start date will be shared once available. 

To book a conference, please do the following:

  1. Login to the APS PowerSchool Parent Portal (https://aps.powerschool.com) (If you have difficulty getting into APS PowerSchool Parent Portal please contact Jennifer Campos, Administrative Assistant at [email protected] or 781-316-3698. 

  2. Click the PowerSchool application launch icon (box with arrow in top right of screen), followed by the Conference Manger menu option.   3. Click on Menotomy Preschool name to access the Conference Manager for our school. Select the date desired and the teacher with whom you want to book an appointment. Click an available time slot and complete the booking form.
