Arlington Public Schools utilizes PowerSchool as its secure web-based student information system. The system provides teachers and administrators real-time access to course assignments, classroom rosters, seating plans, student attendance and grading. The system also provides parents and students access to grades, assignments, attendance records and more.

This page has been created as an initial home for your basic login questions as well refer you to various PowerSchool created and APS resources for getting the most out of this system. We will continue to update this page as the district use of PowerSchool evolves to include new systems being introduced to the PowerSchool ecosystem.


        Please note: You will need your APS Google login to access staff/teacher facing documents.


These conferences provide additional training on PowerSchool SIS and/or PS Enrollment and can
be a valuable resource for APS teachers & staff who are new to PowerSchool or in a new role
that has added PS responsibilities. These are also a fantastic way for existing staff to refresh their PS knowledge and stay up to date on all the functions they may be responsible for.

These will have a cost associated with them and may/may not be virtual events to attend via zoom.
