The Arlington High School Memories Matter Club invites the community for an evening with healthcare experts and informational booths on healthcare proxies, advance care planning, home health care, healthy aging, early signs of dementia, levels of care, and Medicare and Medicaid. 

FREE blood pressure checks will be available. All are welcome!
