The Welcome & Resource Center is a dedicated resource hub designed to support students and families as they navigate the school system. Whether you are new to the district or need assistance accessing essential resources, the Welcome Center is here to help.Our goal is to create a welcoming and inclusive environment where families can receive guidance on school enrollment, student services, and community resources. We are committed to fostering strong family-school partnerships and ensuring all families feel connected and supported.

If you or your family need assistance, please complete the APS Family Support Request Form and a Welcome Center specialist will follow up with you.

🛒 Donate: The Welcome Center strives to provide families with essential resources, and your support can have a direct impact! If you’d like to contribute, please consider donating items from our Amazon Wish List, which helps us stock necessities such as school supplies, clothing, and hygiene products for students and families in need.

🤝 Volunteer: Looking for a way to give back to your community? We welcome volunteers to assist with organizing donations, supporting family events, and helping with various initiatives at the Welcome Center. Whether you have a few hours to spare or want to get involved regularly, we would love to have you!

 

📩 Interested in volunteering? There are many ways to volunteer at the APS Welcome Center and support students and families in our community. Volunteers can help organize and distribute donated resources, provide administrative support, assist with family engagement events, or offer specialized skills such as tutoring, translation, or job coaching. We also welcome help with fundraising, organizing donation drives, and maintaining a welcoming space for families.
