Supports Offered:
- Enrollment Support – Assistance with student registration, residency verification, and understanding school placement.
If you would like to receive 2025-2026 registration information please add your email address to this list. - Family Engagement & Resources – Information about school policies, district programs, and ways to get involved.
- Basic Needs Assistance – Support with accessing food, clothing, school supplies, housing support, and other essential services.
- Language Support – Interpretation and translation services for multilingual families.
If you or your family need assistance, please complete the APS Family Support Request Form and a Welcome Center specialist will follow up with you.

If you’d like to contribute, please consider donating items from our Amazon Wish List, which helps us stock necessities such as school supplies, clothing, and hygiene products for students and families in need.

🤝 Volunteer: Looking for a way to give back to your community? We welcome volunteers to assist with organizing donations, supporting family events, and helping with various initiatives at the Welcome Center. Whether you have a few hours to spare or want to get involved regularly, we would love to have you!
📩 Interested in volunteering? There are many ways to volunteer at the APS Welcome Center and support students and families in our community. Volunteers can help organize and distribute donated resources, provide administrative support, assist with family engagement events, or offer specialized skills such as tutoring, translation, or job coaching. We also welcome help with fundraising, organizing donation drives, and maintaining a welcoming space for families.
