2026-2027 GIBBS TRANSPORTATION APPLICATION

By law, sixth-grade students who live two or more miles from Gibbs School are eligible for district-provided transportation. If your student does not meet this mileage requirement, your application will be placed on a waitlist in the order it was received. After all eligible students are assigned seats, any remaining seats may be offered to waitlisted applicants at a cost

Due to seating limitations, non-scheduled riders will not be able to utilize the bus.

When filling out the application please select one of the following transportation options:

  • Option 1:  A bus provided by Arlington Public Schools
  • Option 2:  Public Transportation (MBTA) reimbursement $1.20 per day based on student attendance

Please note:  We will not be able to accommodate large musical instruments (i.e. cellos, drums or bases) due to limited seating (on instrument days).

The deadline to submit an application is Friday June 12, 2026 by close of business.
