Students can be invited to participate in Math Support, a small group intervention class that meets every other day in addition to a student’s math class. The purpose of this class is to improve foundational skills and concepts, support the curriculum, and help prepare students for assessments. The identification of the students for this class relies on both classroom teacher, interventionist, and special education teacher recommendations as well as MCAS scores.
