Weslie Etienne Pierre is a mission-driven educator with a wealth of experience in stakeholder engagement, leadership, coaching, and curriculum development. Weslie’s background in educational leadership supports educators in improving their practitioner skills, impact on student experience and learning, social-emotional needs, academic outcomes, and family engagement through high-quality professional development. She has led effective change in a variety of settings including, charter schools, public school, and nonprofits.  Weslie's passion for education and equity is evident in all of her professional pursuits and is inspired by her experiences as a first-generation Haitian-American student and educator. She consistently seeks to eliminate barriers, ensure equity in policies and procedures, and promotes excellence for all students. Weslie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a concentration in Counseling & Health from Emmanuel College in Boston, Massachusetts, obtained a Master of Education in Curriculum and Teaching with a focus on Special Education from Boston University, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from Lesley University.
