Translation Services
Arlington Public Schools is committed to supporting multilingual families by providing translated materials and interpreter services whenever possible. Families may request translation or interpretation support by filling out our Translation and Interpreter Online Request Form.
You can view the Google Form in your preferred language by following these steps:
📱On a mobile device (using Chrome):
- Tap the three dots in the upper-right corner of your screen.
- Tap “Translate…”
- Chrome will detect the page language and give you options to switch.
- Choose your preferred language — the form will reload in that language.
💻 On a computer (using Chrome):
- Right-click anywhere on the form
- Select “Translate to (your language)” from the menu.
- If your language doesn't appear, click the Google Translate icon in the address bar.
- Choose your preferred language.
🖥️ On a computer (using Safari):
- Click the aA icon in the address bar.
- Select “Translate Website” (you may need to enable translation in Safari Preferences first).
- Choose your language from the options provided.
📱 On a mobile device (using Safari):
- Tap the aA icon in the top-left corner of the address bar.
- Tap “Translate Website”.
- Choose your language.
- If this is your first time, you may be prompted to enable translation features in Settings > Safari > Language.
We ask that you allow 2-5 days for your request to be processed depending on the size of the document. We anticipate smaller documents and forms will be processed in 2 days.
